Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups chickpeas 1 15 oz. can
  • 1.5 cups best grains or grains of your choice
  • ½ cup cauliflower cubed(ish)
  • ½ cup carrots chopped bite size
  • 1 serrano chili chopped (jalapeño will do)
  • ½ cup mushrooms choose your favorite, quartered
  • 2 tbsp. best veggie broth or use 1 tbsp. EVOO
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 bay leaf dried
  • 1 cup best veggie broth
  • ½ cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. aminos
  • 3 dates chopped tiny
  • ¼ tsp. turmeric
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Dutch oven over low heat. Add the 2 Tbsp veggie broth or EVOO.
  • Add mushrooms for 5 minutes
  • Add peppers for 5 minutes
  • Add carrots for 5 minutes
  • Add cauliflower for 5 minutes
  • Add garlic for 5 minutes
  • Add everything else except tthe grains for 20 minutes.
  • Put the grains you've chosen in a bowl and top off with this lovely shit.
