Ingredients
- 1 can red lentils sub red kidney beans (omit if eating BAB)
- 1 cup cabbage
- 2 cup arugula
- 1 cup cooked potato cubed. Cook however you like: usually boiled works best with this one. I don’t peel, but feel free.
- ½ cup onion red works best with this one
- 1 recipe Indian Curry Dressing
Instructions
- Put this in a big ass bowl and toss like the dish rag.
