Apple Cider Vinegar and Fasting

Use of apple cider vinegar (ACV) leads to an increase in GLP-1 and AMPK and improves insulin sensitivity.  Having an increase in GLP-1 is amazing when there is food in your belly. If not you are eliciting an insulin response and when there is insulin in the blood, there is a decrease in fat burning.  Use ACV only during your feeding window.
