  • 1 cup banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 5 dates
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 walnut halves

Instructions

  • High speed blend the bananas, blueberries, and strawberries, using plant milk for your choice a bit at a time.
  • Put that shit in a bowl and sprinkle with the hemp seeds, chia seeds, and walnuts
