- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 5 walnut halves
Instructions
- High speed blend the bananas, blueberries, and strawberries, using plant milk for your choice a bit at a time.
- Put that shit in a bowl and sprinkle with the hemp seeds, chia seeds, and walnuts
