- 1.5 cup edamame shelled, rinsed, and drained. Edamame is best, but any bean will do.
- 2 cup kale baby kale is best
- ½ cup butter lettuce
- ¼ cup mung bean sprouts
- ¼ cup bell pepper
- ¼ cup green onions
- ¼ cup tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp cilantro leaves
- 1 Tbsp flax seed freshly ground
- 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 5 walnut halves
- 1 recipe Creamy Peanut Butter Dressing
Instructions
- Put it all in a big ass bowl and watch Jerry Springer.
