Cheesy Garlic Dressing

I so love nooch, which is nutritional yeast for new or unenlightened plant eaters.   I seriously might have a problem, I have been putting it on everything lately.

Talk about a rich, big bodied dressing, with earthy, citrusy, creamy, and just a touch of sweet exploding in your mouth.  (insert something justjames would say here) A lot of folks who make vegan dressings that use nuts will tell you to soak your nuts in hot water for at least an hour. Can I get a high five for passing up the soak your nuts thing?  Anyway, I don’t do this it adds time and if you have read my “where does your time go soliloquy” then you realize time is of the essence: don’t spend it all in the damn kitchen.

I have a love affair with Bragg’s products, but use what works best for you and your budget.  I say blend to your favorite consistency, however you’re gonna want this one to be creamy.

Goes well with The Granada Salad.
