- 1.5 cups best grains or your choice
- 1.5 cups chickpeas cooked (one 15 oz can)
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup broccoli sprouts
- ½ cup purple cabbage
- ¼ cup onion
- ¼ cup yellow pepper
- ¼ cup carrots
- ¼ cup tomatoes
- ¼ cup artichoke hearts
- ¼ cup banana peppers
- ¼ cup goji berries dried
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup apple
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds ground
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds husked
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- ½ tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- ¼ tsp. black cumin ground
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. water from artichoke hearts
- 1 Tbsp. water from banana peppers
Instructions
- Put the grains on the bottom, everything else on top, mix well. The ingredients are also the dressing.
