  • ½ cup quinoa prepared
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes quartered
  • ½ cup cucumber chopped
  • ¼ cup bell peppers your favorite color, chopped
  • ½ cup onions red is best for this one, chopped
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp. parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp. mint chopped
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. best veggie broth optional

Instructions

  • Get out a big ass bowl
  • Add all that shit up there into the bowl. Choose between oil or broth or both, you cheeky monkey
