- 1 can white beans rinsed and drained (omit if eating BAB)
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 cup dandelion greens
- 6 sprigs asparagus dry pan fried with lemon and one clove garlic.
- 1/2 cup red cabbage
- ¼ cup yellow peppers
- ¼ cup tomatoes
- ¼ cup dried Turkish apricots
- ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds ground
- 1 Tbsp hemp hearts ground
- 1 Tbsp flaxseeds ground
- 1 recipe Cheesy Garlic Dressing
