  • 1 can chickpeas omit if eating BAB
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 1 cup spring mix
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage chopped
  • ¼ cup red pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup grape tomatoes
  • ¼ cup red onion chopped
  • ½ cup marinated artichoke hearts drained and quartered
  • 2 oz Kalamata olives gag me
  • 1 Tbsp flax seed freshly ground
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 Tbsp chia
  • Feeta Cheeese
  • 1 recipe Greek Non-Creamy Dressing
