Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup celery
- 1/2 cup red pepper
- 1/2 cup beets
- 1/4 cup ginger
- 1 cup red cabbage
- 1 cup parsley
- 3 cups broccoli sprouts
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 habanero pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- For juice, run everything through the juicer except the black pepper.
- For a smoothie, blend everything except the black pepper.
- Pour into a mason jar, then add the black pepper and shake well.
