  • 1 can chickpeas omit if eating BAB
  • 2 cup arugula or pick your green
  • 2 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber cut in quarters
  • 1 avocado super large, cubed
  • ¼ onion sliced (erd is best for this one)
  • ¼ cup basil chopped
  • 1 recipe Three Vinegar Dressing


  • Bowl up that salad, put dressing in a Mason jar and shake your booty.
